Booking and cancellation policy

  • There is a £200 refundable deposit that secures your booking.

  • £25 caretaker fee is added to every booking.

  • Payment in full must be made 1 month before your booking.

  • If the event is cancelled more than 1 month before, a full refund will be made including deposit.

  • If the event is cancelled more than 2 weeks before, 50% of the event fee will be refunded and no deposit. Plus, a 10% admin fee.

  • If the event is cancelled one week or less before the date, no money will be refunded.
