You are invited to join us being part of the solution to local issues including knife crime, affordable housing, and community cohesion. In April WFCitizens will be hosting an assembly (like a hustings) to hold candidates for the local elections to account on these critical issues in our city. To prepare for this, we are having a meeting at Leyton Sixth Form College on Weds 7th February from 7.30pm to 9.45pm. At this meeting we will finalise the agenda for the April Assembly, and learn how to turn out a crowd so that we have a good representation from Waltham Forest at the assembly to hold the politicians to account. We can grumble about these issues and feel powerless to make a difference, or we can be part of the solution, securing a good future for our children. Come and make a difference!
